During active sprints, interim responsibilities include:• Maintain and document new and important processes used by the project management team• Follow a structured methodology for project management and help maintain templates for use in all Institution-wide initiatives.• Document activities of the project team, such as schedules, meeting notes, agendas, status reports, etc. — set up meetings.• Managing teams in the creation of RFPs for software selection• Design and craft the development of internal and external communications relevant to the impact of new systems and procedures implemented for the organization.• Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify resources, resolve issues, and mitigate risks.• Maintain and update centralized project schedules, and system-specific migration plans including tasks and milestones.

Support the strategy and initiatives of CHQ Assembly and its video and audio production at Chautauqua Institution, as well as marketing and communications strategies via digital storytelling. This is accomplished through:• Assuming positions as live video technician, live audio technician, documentary, explainer, sales or campaign video producer/director, and social media coordinator• Interacting with and sometimes leading teams according to an agreed-upon production plan• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality video components and captures for continuity and consistency• Being responsible for assigned video or audio recordings• Providing limited, and as necessary, direction to hosts/talent, and provide support to the broadcast production team• Daily editing and mixing live productions, utilizing a strong understanding of broadcasting and Livestream production• Daily use of TriCaster or similar equipment, standard video equipment (lighting, PTZ cameras, networking, NDI, remote video resources), virtual video equipment, and software including, but not limited to: vMix, Skype, Zoom (both meetings and webinars), ZoomOSC, OBS, OBS-Ninja, QLab, and other video operating hardware (X-Keys, Streamdecks, or similar quick-key supports)• Providing coverage for event leadership on other broadcasting platforms, including the Virtual Porch (LiveWebinar) and Learning Management System• Collecting information from a variety of sources to maintain a strategy-aligned and dynamic social media personality and presence• Developing video storyboards, supporting script development, conducting off-camera subject matter/talent interviews, selecting interview segments to support the script or story, and managing productions from concept through production and post-production, paying special attention to strategy to ensure products are developed with the full range of uses in mind (full-form video; trailers; social media posts; and advertising posts)

• Report to the Assistant Director of Technical Arts and Director of Lyric Theater programs• Lighting and Live sound for theatrical and recital performances• Classroom assistance with video conferencing systems• Work with admissions and marketing to edit promotional and informative videos for the college• Act as teaching assistant for courses as needed• Mentor undergraduate students with studio and live productions• Schedule and perform studio session with graduate students and School of Music Staff• Work with the Audio/Visual department for content creation, archival, installation, and planning• Implement streaming solutions for School of Music Content

•Daily responsibilities of running live broadcasts for an OTT platform•Pushing pre-recorded content live, mixing in live content, and facilitating productions for Q&A sessions.•Working with the Production Director, Audio Engineers, other Production Managers and teammates to coordinate upcoming streams/content being broadcasted•Installation and testing of broadcast studios•Suggesting changes and contributing to implementation of production systems that continue to improve the quality of programming. •Management of secondary streams during simultaneous broadcast situations.•Troubleshooting various AV systems.•Coordinating Dante and broadcasting systems for live broadcast.•Development of signal flow diagrams with the intention of growing and sharing systems with other professionals.•Training personnel on various live broadcasting systems.

• Work with Publications Department, and Marketing to discuss ideas for broadcasting• Supervise 39 engineers, ensuring integrity of broadcasts for Orchestral, Personal Recital, and Chamber/Masterworks events both On and Off campus• Teach/Assist in the education of all Broadcasting and related recording Equipment• Video restoration, post production editing and transcoding• Troubleshoot immediate issues within a high stress environment• Available and capable to deliver remote assistance to engineers as required

• Design/Installation of semi-permanent Internet Broadcast and Recording systems for a large venue• Installation of DAWs for use with A/D Consoles and configuring I/O mapping• Managing archival base for past and current recordings, including ability to digitize archived tape recordings• Post production audio editing and mastering

• Set up and tear down for every event within the Amphitheater• Set up for a medium sized, 20 plus piece orchestra• Archive recordings of each sermon• Post production audio restoration, editing, and mastering• Produce weekly events within the second largest venue on the grounds
