Producing Director And Project Manager
Current- During active sprints, interim responsibilities include:
- Maintain and document new and important processes used by the project management team
- Follow a structured methodology for project management and help maintain templates for use in all Institution-wide initiatives.
- Document activities of the project team, such as schedules, meeting notes, agendas, status reports, etc. — set up meetings.
- Managing teams in the creation of RFPs for software selection
- Design and craft the development of internal and external communications relevant to the impact of new systems and procedures implemented for the organization.
