Financial Accounting Responsibilities • Preparation of annual and monthly financial profit and loss and balance sheet statements for our Australian and International offices.• Preparation and submission of consolidated annual accounts for audit. • Preparation of monthly, half yearly and yearly bank covenants statements in accordance with our banking obligations.• Drafting and presenting our annual tax and FBT returns.• Responsible for our monthly tax reconciliations and lodgement to the Australian Tax Office.• Conducting of monthly, quarterly and annual audits for both our Australian and International offices. • Administration of the firm's leasing facilities and capital expenditure.Management Accounting Responsibilities • Monthly and yearly cash flow and financial forecasting as well as in-depth variance analysis of various business functions.• Annual budget preparation and assisting the directors in implementing various budget decisions through financial data analysis.• Day to day monitoring of expense coding and maintenance of our ledger to ensure all expenses are accurately recorded.• Generation of monthly Shared Services reports for our presentation to our Shared Services directors.• Analysis and variance investigation of financial data for a wide audience within the organisation, including senior management
