I am an IT professional with a BS in Management Information Systems from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. I also hold industry-accredited certifications in many related skills. So often, I see IT integration as a challenge for professionals. I can integrate IT systems seamlessly in order to make your business run more smoothly. After working with my own employees and other businesses for many years, I have also shown the ability to clearly explain complex IT processes to people across industries. In 2004, I purchased Minuteman Press, a small print shop in Enfield, CT. Over 20 years, I grew annual sales fifteen-fold, managed 7 acquisitions, and expanded to include shops in Springfield, MA and Brattleboro, VT. My passion is system design and efficiency, and these skills led Minuteman Press to be a leader in commercial printing in our region. Across our locations, I developed and maintained an IT infrastructure and network system in order to maximize efficiency and reliability.I continued to grow as an IT professional even while running a printing company. Knowing my background, outside companies would often seek my counsel on IT related projects. I attribute these requests to my ability to relate to people across many industries and to understand their challenges. At North Star Technology Leadership, I work with companies that benefit from the leadership and guidance of an IT executive with long-term business ownership experience. I am known to encourage employee growth and professional development within my teams. I credit the long-term engagement of my team members to my ability to hire and inspire the right people.Outside of work, I am an avid cyclist and skier. I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife, two children, and senior Labrador. We also enjoy traveling as a family and experiencing the culture and cuisine of different countries.
