Started as an early engineer and ended up building and leading different teams across the company.Merchant Team (founding member)- Our charter was to make it seamless to sell product on the platform. Led the team to build product to help merchants onboard, manage stores/products, receive orders, and get paid.Internal Tools Team (founding member)- Our mission was supercharging the customer service experience across the entire platform through self-service support. Led the team to build out customer service workflows via Zendesk and a service that powered live order support and resolution automation for buyers, sellers, and fleet. Fleet and Fulfillment- We were responsible for ensuring deliveries were reliable and efficient. Led the backend engineering team to build out the Fleet experience (sign up, onboarding, fulfilling deliveries, payments) as well as the core logistics algorithms (routing, dynamic pricing, matching, capacity planning).
