With evidence-based and objective case examination, reports, and witness testimony, Dr. Welner has been sought out to resolve forensic mysteries from many of the most compelling cases of the past decade, from Elizabeth Smart's kidnappers, to mass killers like Aurora's James Holmes, risk assessment of Guantanamo's Omar Khadr, disputed confession of the alleged kidnapper of Etan Patz, investor competency of China's richest woman Nina Wang, investor exploitation claims against Morgan Stanley, and numerous investigations of ambiguous death.
