In the years since, I've built a career across the spectrum of the hospitality industry, learning every tactic and process so I can help inspire the same mix of elegance and awe in others.This set the foundation for my role as Executive Director, Global Sales, Meetings and Incentives for Accor. Working with major corporate clients on projects worldwide makes every day a different challenge. I draw on my industry expertise and customer service to work strategically and find the perfect destination.I also need to be an expert in all that Accor has to offer—properties and processes alike—so each client's unique needs will be met, from Toronto to Thailand.Helping clients succeed in their objectives and exceeding the expectations of our most important clients requires:• the ability to create and sustain long-term relationships while exploring new opportunities• diligence in organization and time management, focusing on the needs of each client and maintaining open communication with our global hotel partners• team leadership and solid communication skills when partnering with clients and properties to close business and create a world-class experienceI'm lucky to get to do what I love in an industry that brings people together.
