During his time studying, Michael was the Director of Operations for a local Atlanta Valet company that boasted several high value accounts handling large sums of cash on a weekly basis. His background spans leasing, sales, development, investments, and joint ventures. This includes site selection, financial, demographic and traffic analysis, market studies, and pro forma budgeting. He also counsels his clients on development issues such as design, accessibility, feasibility, amenities, parking, common areas, signage and debt/capital structure.Michael's clients come from diverse industries including Restaurants/QSR, Retailers, Medical, Multi Family, Residential Development, Mixed-Use, Self Storage, Car Washes, Merchant Development and Vacant Land. His geographical expertise extends beyond the Greater Atlanta area to region to include the South Eastern United States. He has experiencing in working with and representing Institutional Owners, Developers, Private Equity Groups, Syndications and High Net Worth Individuals.
