As Regional Vice President for TIP, Michael works with advisors and firms across the country to identify, design, and implement executive benefit solutions. His background in client-facing comprehensive planning equips him with a unique ability to relate with and partner with firms to understand their clients’ needs, ultimately allowing the broker to position solutions within the framework of an executive benefit package. He possesses the product knowledge to navigate the complex, ever-changing insurance marketplace in order to compare and ultimately select the most efficient solution. Whether a firm is already highly engaged with executive benefits or figuring out how to get started, Michael can create efficiencies for their practice, deliver on their fiduciary responsibility to the client, and ultimately, create peace of mind that their client and their practice are appropriately taken care of. Prior to joining TIP in 2019, he managed a financial advisory practice for 15 years. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and has obtained his FINRA series 6, 63, 65, and 7 licenses in addition, to his life and health licenses.
