I also serve as lead counsel for companies in single-plaintiff employment cases, class and PAGA representative actions, arbitrations, mediations and government agency proceedings. Ogletree provides 50-state and global employment counsel services with over 900 experienced labor and employment attorneys across 56 offices in the US, Mexico, Canada, Germany, France and the UK.

Defended companies in class actions and single plaintiff cases in state and federal courts, arbitrations, mediations and government agency proceedings.

Provided advice and counsel to multinational corporations, technology companies and other employers on a variety of workforce management issues from hiring through post-termination. Lead counsel in court actions, arbitrations, mediations and agency proceedings.

Employment litigator in the Labor and Employment practice group at the firm's San Francisco headquarters. First chair counsel in jury and bench trials in federal and state courts, wage hearings before the California Labor Commissioner (DLSE), complaints before the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) and the EEOC, and Labor Code 132a retaliation petitions before the WCAB.

Represented California cities, counties and special districts in public sector labor relations and employee personnel matters. Defense counsel in court actions, disability retirement proceedings before CalPERS and hearings before public agency personnel boards.

Worked with the USDA Office of the General Counsel handling personnel matters for the Pacific Southwest Region of the US Forest Service. Assisted DOJ attorneys in defending Title VII litigation in federal court, handled disciplinary proceedings before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and discrimination charges before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
