Supervise IT project manager/solution consultants with oversight for a business market project portfolio of 30 projects. Devised frameworks for use to maintain records standards from the time they are acquired to the disposal stage. Software Developer using the Microsoft Navision Enterprise Resource Planning Solution. Successfully customized Kenya Water Institute’s Payroll, Customer Relation Management(CRM) and Human Resource modules that enabled them to streamline their customer and employees interactions. Won 18 million worth of software business that was focused on record management software. Successfully implemented the digitization of over 8000 records for the Presbyterian University Library that resulted in the faster retrieval of documents. Deployed an open source Integrated Library Management System that had an inbuilt digitization solution for use at Kenya Water Institute that enabled the change over from manual catalogs as well as manual filing systems to machine readable forms. Identified new mechanisms of drawing up software service level agreements for customers which enabled enhanced the support and feedback process during project handovers.

Converted over one (1) million manual catalogues of the Kenya National Library Services into machine-readable form. Digitized over 100,000 theses and grey literature for Egerton, Mount Kenya University and provided a software solution (D-space) for organization, retrieval and disposal. Managed the automation of library operations for Bank of Uganda, KCB, Co-operative Bank of Kenya, Communication Authority, Egerton University and Kenya Institute of Research and Policy Analysis. Successfully implemented the migration of the Bank of Uganda data from legacy systems into integrated library system (AMLIB) which enabled their customers to access information for their business in an efficient and faster way.
