Ensure compliance and rollout of Lean and six sigma Initiatives and Quality programs in the Southeast Distribution Center. Perform process mapping, value stream mapping, process design, and method development to align with Kenco Operating System (KOS) standards.Review daily process and create/modify standard work documents to ensure consistency of processes. Coordinator of EIP (Efficiency Improvement Program) to understand root causes and potential improvement opportunities. Interacted and coordinated with higher, adjacent, and subordinate elements as the Information Technology Procurement Coordinator then provided oversight of the Information Technology procurement waiver/approval process and served as local expert on IT acquisition and regulations for 3 divisions. Served as the Communication Officer for all 10 Border Transition Teams (BTT) and trained the Iraqi counterparts in how to set up, operate and maintain all of their communications equipment. I was assigned to the Navy Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center (NMCITC) in Damneck Va. where as a SSgt I was assigned to Ground Sensor Platoon Course as the chief instructor which I trained both infantry and radio operators how to set up, operate and maintain all of the ground sensor radio equipment. I assisted in the update course ware set up a new training schedule. In January 2003 I was promoted to the next rank of Gunnery Sergeant. My additional duty assignments were the Chief instructor of all Marines at NMCITC, Assistant SNCOIC and SNCOIC of the ceremonies of two Marine Corps Balls. He assisted in the fielding of new sensor equipment and training to FMF.

I was transferred back to Okinawa Japan were I was assigned to Marine Air Control Squadron 4 as a Radio Chief my additional duties were Platoon Sergeant, wire Chief and the hazardous materials supervisor. In January 1999 after promotion to the next rank of Staff Sergeant I attended the Systems Chiefs Course. I assisted in the planning the communication portion and participated in Foal Eagle 2000 in South Korea I also was involved in the planning and supporting of Crocodile 99, Cobra Gold 98 and 99 and several training operations in Okinawa.
