Commercial lead for digital platform partnerships (AVOD, FAST, SVOD, EST) for All3Media International, the distribution arm of the All3Media Group, one of the world's leading independent TV producer/distributors. Responsible for revenue growth across a broad portfolio of streaming partners, monetizing a 20,000+ hour catalogue through data driven content selection within a proactive partnership-centric management model. Responsible for partner growth and business development, evaluating, negotiating and closing new business opportunities that add strategic value to A3MI.

Lead digital business development & digital partnerships activity for the group. Defining and delivering a digital-first distribution and monetisation strategy for the 60,000+ hours strong ESG catalogue, I was responsible for driving revenue by sourcing, negotiating and closing complex multi territory licensing deals across a range of business models: AVOD, SVOD, EST, digital-linear, as well as driving D2C platform partnerships (apps, channels) and content acquisition. Alongside this, I managed 20+ existing platform partner relationships including social video platforms, native CTV video services, virtual MVPDs and many more.Established and managed strategic partnerships with Google, Amazon, Facebook, Roku, Vizio, Samsung and many more. Developed new relationships with emerging digital platforms in fast-growth sectors of digital industry. Leant heavily across content strategy and data/analytics to devise and execute compelling partnership propositions with strategic benefit to both parties.
