ANZ and 20 years as a Partner with Spencer Stuart in Australia, where he was for 12 years the leader of the firm's Asia Pacific Technology, Media and Telecommunications Practice (TMT). He led high profile searches across the TMT industries and has been involved in numerous regional and global searches and leadership advisory projects in this sector.Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Michael was for three years managing director of Australia's largest locally owned telecommunications equipment company, after holding senior positions in business development, government relations and export for a global TMT company over a five-year period.Before Michael's roles in the telecommunications sector, he held senior management positions in the paint industry and the oil industry Born in Sydney but raised in Asia, Michael has bachelor of laws and bachelor of commerce degrees from the University of New South Wales and a certificate of Practical Legal Training from the College of Law in Sydney.
