I am a Senior Product Analyst at J. J. Keller &Associates, Inc. In other words, I help support our VideoProtects product and the cameras that enable it.I enjoy digging into the technical details of how the cameras work and how best to configure them to support our customers' needs. I also provide customer support for some of the more complex product questions or issues that come up.We are very responsive to customer feedback on new features and capabilities. As one of the camera technical leads, I get to "play" with all the new features that our cameras are capable of supporting. A recent example of this is some cameras that are currently in beta testing. We also continue to enable new AI (artificial intelligence) detected driving events to improve driver safety on our roadways. All the leaders I have worked with here at J. J. Keller have been excellent! They are truly interested in helping you pursue what you are passionate about and identifying what steps need to be taken to reach your goals. The senior leaders of the company are open and forthright and clearly share the goals set for the year. This is important because we have an excellent Gain Sharing program that lets us share in the company's success when the quarterly financial goals are met.One more thing I would really like to call out, because I really appreciate it and have never experienced this anywhere else - Rustin Keller, the CEO, recently sent an email to all the military veterans that work at the company informing us that in honor and appreciation of our service, each of us were receiving 8 hours of PTO for Veterans Day. That is amazing and just helps illustrate what a respectful workplace this is! During my free time, I like to hunt and fish and head "Up North" to the cabin as often as I can. I will never turn down an invitation to sit around a campfire and swap stories! I like to play board games with my family and still play Dungeons & Dragons with friends from my high school days. I enjoy "old school" PC games that are so old I need a DOS emulator to play them.
