Michael founded the Inner City Games Exposition, where he worked with the Hollenbeck Youth Center in developing educational and athletic programs for inner city youth. The Inner Cities Games expanded to over 15 cities in the United States and serve over 500,000 youths. He currently still sits on the board of the Hollenbeck Community Advisory Committee.
