On behalf of Air France/KLM, I conducted comprehensive evaluations of international flights departing from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. My role involved detailed assessments of ground operations, ticketing, landside/airside processes, departures, and in-flight operations, including Airport Ticket Offices (ATOs) and City Ticket Offices (CTOs).By meticulously analyzing service delivery and efficiency standards throughout the entire journey, I identified areas of excellence and recognized outstanding individuals. I also pinpointed service discrepancies and areas for improvement. These monthly evaluations took me to destinations worldwide, ensuring a consistently high standard of service.
