• Oversee a team of over 75 cluster technicians, who support and maintain cluster computers and printers at Yale. Handle paper/toner orders and support tickets, delegating where necessary.• Lead special projects and mentor new cluster techs through training shifts and general on-the-job support. Interview potential new hires in the fall semester.

• Performed regular support and maintenance on 44 printers across Yale’s 31 computer clusters.• Repaired cluster machines and resolved issues with cluster software.

• Collaborated with a team of four to survey and identify differing levels of accessibility in New York’s non-ADA-compliant subway stations, with a published paper planned for fall 2024.• Designed a survey tool to document over 40 relevant variables on the path from street to platform. Minimized subjectivity in the questions and streamlined the tool to reduce the data collection time.• Gathered data from over 70 stations using this tool (exceeding the expectations of the professor in charge of the cohort), built a novel dataset and created a public archive to benefit riders and transit planners.
