I am a registered valuer with over 10 years experience in the industry undertaking commercial and residential valuations as well as providing consultancy advice for a variety of clients across the South East. Predominately I undertake loan security valuations for commercial and residential property for a wide range of lenders. This can range from a single unit to a large portfolio across the South East which can be managed from our office. I also have experience co-ordinating country wide valuations liaising with other local Savills offices across the country. Prior to my joining Savills the Guildford office did not undertake commercial valuation work and I have helped to grow this sector of our work. This now makes up over 50% of my day to day job role. I also undertake development consultancy work and this involves appraising a scheme whether it be an initial high level overview providing advice on end sales values, through to the design stage right through to disposal.
