Hello! I am a Programmer and Support Analyst at the Centre for Teaching and Learning at UBC's Okanagan campus. I graduated from UBCO in May of 2022 and received my Bachelor of Arts majoring in Computer Science, and then began work at the UBCO CTL in July of the same year.My studies have provided me with experience and competency with Java, Python and analytical tools, SQL, Web development with Javascript and HTML as well as full stack development with Laravel. I have also gained valuable experience with working professionally with a development team during my studies and specifically in my final year during my capstone project and have therefore developed sound communication and presentation skills as well as excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.In my employment I have continued to develop my knowledge and skills with full stack development in the Laravel framework, and have become proficient in PHP, JavaScript as well as database management. I have been responsible for upkeeping and updating the Curriculum MAP Project (https://curriculum.ok.ubc.ca/) as well as maintaining our codebase (https://github.com/bohuie/curriculum/tree/master).My passions include fitness and wellness, guitar, as well as skiing.
