The first phase includes every aspect of developing and monitoring student pathways for the recently admitted cohort (1200 students), implementing academic enrollment management and testing policy, recruiting 100+ faculty mentors for assignment to the incoming cohort of students, and communicating with, supervising, and conducting professional training the team of faculty academic mentors, which includes diversity and inclusion awareness. The second phase included individual student mentorship and developmental advising, student advocacy, crisis response and management, academic collaboration across various colleges and divisions, and oversight of the general health and wellness of students.Was a university leader in the broader area of cultural competence. I served as the academic coordinator for international and cross-institution exchange programs. I mentored and advised international students, semester exchange students, and other students whose academic profile will force a deviation from the designated core curriculum. Maintained 100 percent accountability of $1.8 million dollars in Department of State Economic Support Funding and $612 thousand dollars in Commander-in-Chief Initiative Funding. o Developed and managed contingency budgets, allocated resources, and distributed funding to multiple units. Developed and briefed “Theater-level” resource management plans.
