Research project topic for my candidature is managing organisational conflicts with emotional intelligence and cultural intelligence for employee well-being.Recently, I have attended the 5th International Conference in Hospitality and Tourism 2020, 19-21 February 2020, Guimarães, Portugal to present my paper “Systematic literature review on emotional intelligence and conflict management” and will be published in Journal of Global Scholars of Marketing Science.I have been working in the hotel and hospitality industry for 10 years with expertise in human resources and restaurant operations (F&B Management).After graduated from a master degree in 2013, I have experienced as a University Lecturer in the higher education industry.
