I am a very dynamic, resourceful and passionate food and beverage person. A graduate of Cornell University's The School of Hotel Administration, I bring with me 20-plus years of work experience in food and beverage operations which includes The Waldorf-Astoria New York, Westin, Marriott, Hyatt and Hilton hotels. I have been regarded by my peers as one who has the abilities, skills and foresight for turning hotel operations around quickly. I do it by focusing on and developing the most important component: the human assets. Among my greatest strengths are my overall leadership, hands-on approach and a management style which positively reinforces all forms of exceptional guest services. I have led and directed my teams in garnering a handful of recognitions and awards throughout my tenure. My creativity in developing revenue-enhancing programs and utilizing all available social media resources have resulted in additional revenues even during shoulder seasons. My commitment to team building and staff development has increased associate's retention and overall satisfaction. Last but not least, my introduction to the hospitality industry started very early in my life as my father was a hotel owner. I met my would-be wife Diana in New York while working at The Waldorf-Astoria. In our free time, we love to travel around the world and experience different cultures. We moved to the Valley of the Sun in 1996 and now reside in the Biltmore area of Phoenix.
