My role at Gleam Salon was a multifaceted one:From an administrative side, I managed a high-volume calendar of client appointments and educational classes for stylists. In the brand voice, I instructed staff on proper communication for correspondence with clients in person and via phone and email. I also consulted with the management team on issues such as new hires, employee grievances, marketing strategy, workflow functionality, and organizational effectiveness.As the social media coordinator, I seized the opportunity to optimize our social media outlets in a way they were not before. Through consistent, relevant, and targeted content, we saw a 275% increase in followers on Instagram in a year. I was in charge of our paid advertising across both the Facebook and Instagram platforms, including tracking performance using social media analytic tools, such as Hootsuite, Facebook Pixel, Facebook Ads Manager, and GabStats.As a project manager, I helped create and implement a loyalty and incentive program for existing clients, resulting in a 95% retention rate. I produced, from inception to end, multiple photoshoots. This included creating and maintaining the shoot calendar, booking talent, coming up with concepts, creating and teaching looks, directing shoots, retouching photos, and working directly with printers to create large-scale installation pieces.In addition to all these responsibilities, I worked "behind the chair" as a successful stylist for 5 years. I was promoted numerous times, and I averaged an 85% capacity calendar of loyal clients, which I attribute to consistent satisfaction in work and a genuine connection with a high-end clientele.

At Interevco I was the liaison between the in-house Sales Person and the Ad Planner on the agency side. It was my responsibility to ensure strong relationships via open communication. I tracked performance of ad campaigns using online tools, such as SalesForce and ComScore, providing invaluable insights to management on the effectiveness and direction. I utilized Excel spreadsheets to translate complex data into simplified charts and graphs for clients to review ad campaign performance. Finally, I managed all invoicing and discrepancies between ad agencies and sales team.

Collaborated with the New York- and Los Angeles-based Art Departments in designing layouts. Researched images and rights for usage. Put together mock-ups for current issues. Assisted in cover-shoot trials and mock-ups.

I assisted in establishing a broad ad network by grouping smaller sites together, increasing overall effectiveness and creating larger audience for advertisers. Also, managed billing, trafficking and reporting for the ad network. Using online ad servers, I filtered relevant ads through the network to individual sites.
