Accountable for providing financial and actuarial leadership and driving financial performance for the Group Solutions line of business. As a senior executive member of both the Group Leadership Team and Actuarial Leadership Team, I provide financial insights and leadership to support company growth strategies with a focus on profitability, sustainability and compliance. As leader of a team of 18 finance, actuarial and analytics professionals, I have operational accountability for all budgeting, FP&A, management reporting, pricing, valuation and business intelligence activities of the line of business.

Overall responsibility for CMHC's Model Risk Management program. Provide leadership and direction to team of 15 quantitative model risk specialists responsible for governance and validation of CMHC's underwriting, investment, actuarial, pricing, stress testing and economic capital models.

Responsible for CMHC's Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process as well as supporting development of the Risk Appetite Framework and implementation of the Three Lines of Defense risk management structure.

Support Chief Risk Officer with various risk oversight responsibilities (product risk, risk measurement and monitoring, ALM, etc) for Canadian Division.

Responsible for profitability and risk analysis of Living Benefits (Critical Illness, Individual Disability, Long Term Care) and Life (Term, Universal Life) insurance products.
