Production lead for all airborne communications systems contracted with iDirect Government Technologies (IGT), and provide subject matter expertise involving military communications standards and practices involving C4ISR. In addition, I was responsible for qualifying all communications platforms through EMI testing in accordance with IEEE 299 standards. These duties required daily use and a high degree of expertise with multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, soldering/de-soldering, and the ability to read wire diagrams, signal flow, and troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve any issues that may effect product quality and customer satisfaction.

Managed all personnel and operations in the 89th Airlift Wing's #1 tactical mission; to provide senior leaders C3 communications command and control in combat zones. Directly in charge of planning and executing projects, workforce planning, policy and standards development, resource management, knowledge management, architecture and infrastructure planning in a tactical communications work-center following Air Force information systems security requirements & policies.

Maintained all systems necessary to control the Global High Frequency Communications System, in support of all HF, STRATCOM, Brunswick, NASA, and Navy missions. Used layout drawings, schematics, and pictorial diagrams to solve maintenance problems while analyzing construction and operating characteristics of equipment to determine source of malfunction. Facilitates contractors for the installation of Commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) for two remote communication locations; assisted with the fabrication of fiber multimode/LAN/Amphenol cables, installation of all associated cards, & the emissions security.
