Started with HRC Medical as GM in July 2010. Promoted to Corporate Marketing Officer in October 2010. Turned around a business. Brought on as GM of HRC Medical in Greenville. Result - Redefined operational procedures and policy. Created a call center, improved the work flow, identified and fixed capacity blocks to be able to handle more business. Reduced costs, increased sales through better training that generated increased revenues. Promoted to Corporate Management as a Marketing Officer for HRC Medical. Result – Responsible for opening 10 new markets in 9 months. Set company record in 2 markets. Negotiated and placed the media buys. Responsible for traffic. Produced, wrote, directed and edited creative. Reconciling monthly invoices for 8 markets and managing a $335,000 monthly media budget.

Evaluated / Analyzed HRC Medical’s marketing. Customized and implemented a strategic plan where client’s spending went from $3,000 to $35,000 a month. Result – Tripled leads, doubled monthly revenues.Developed strategic marketing plans for local businesses through qualitative and quantitative market research. Targeted Industries like Health Care, Automotive and Financial. Result - Increased sales, revenues and market share while converting customer accounts from competition that led to an 18% increase in new business over my first year and a 30% increase the following year.

Restructured and revitalized the morning show to be more competitive and increase visibility. Strengthened the morning show by setting goals, motivation and monitored progress. Result – Took morning show in 1 year from #6 to #4 in Arbitron ratings for women 25-54.
