- Performing day-to-day email marketing activities, including email campaign setup, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of single, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns in Marketo- Collaborating closely with global marketing and localized field marketers to develop, test, and execute error-free email campaigns to acquire, convert and retain prospects and customers while generating revenue- Training new team members in our processes and platforms to help free up bandwidth constraints in our team- Partnering with the global Field Marketing team to create, test and deliver email campaigns to support and increase engagement of trade shows, events and webinars in French, German, Chinese, Japanese, Spanish and English- Executing updates to the lead nurture framework to send relevant, multi-segment emails for educating prospects and expediting leads through the buying process- Utilizing third-party data and reporting tools such as Google Analytics to gather, analyze, and present email performance metrics every month- Implementing testing methodologies (A/B testing) within all elements of email marketing to improve engagement and reporting on results- Travelling internationally for training and major internal projects
