Lead, In-Hospital Replenishment
CurrentCurrently reporting to the Manager In-Hospital Replenishment, I am responsible for managing teams that provide internal transportation, linen, supply room replenishment, shipping/receiving, mailroom, patient porter, fleet maintenance functions to PHSA sites such as BC Children’s and Women's Hospital, BC Cancer, BC Centre for Disease Control and Forensic Psychiatric Hospital. I manage up to 90 bargaining unit staff members operating multiple shifts.Key tasks performed:Creation of operating budgets.Acquisition of various goods and services.Add/change/remove fleet vehicles.Creation of project plans using Smartsheet application or MS Project.Maintain staffing levels across multiple facilities.Experienced using Logistics modules in ERP systems such as PeopleSoft and SAP.Maintain site warehouse and local stat Stores.Develop service level agreements with vendors and internal customers.Manage mailroom hubs and courier services.
