The Principal Architect role within Google Cloud is a Customer Engineering role for our largest customers. In this role, I lead technical engagement for a handful of key customers within Google's SF Enterprise business.

Account Group Executives at Avanade are the general manager for a group of customers. Typically this is organized by geography or vertical market. The Midwest Account Group covers our business in IN, IL and WI and is Avanade's largest Account Group.This role started as sales leadership and evolved to a P&L responsibility. One of the key transformational things I drove in this role was to establish Microsoft as a primary channel for Avanade's direct business. This was to become a best practice across all of Avanade and Midwest relationship often depicted as epitome of how to properly engage Microsoft.

I lead the .NET Solutions Practice in Avanade's US Central Region. At its peak, this practice area has greater than 150 consultants. I personally interviewed over 500 consultants and hired more than 100 in my tenure as CR.NET Practice Director. Additional responsibilities included creation of Avanade's global Estimation Model now used by 30K people across all of Avanade, piloted sales and delivery of global delivery work with India Development Centers and professional development program helping technologist become certified Architects within the firm.
