As a lecturer for Change & Transformation Management at Hochschule Aalen, I am responsible for designing and conducting courses in the 5th semester of the Bachelor’s program in Business Psychology during the winter semester of 2024/25. In April 2014, I transitioned to the GROUP HR People Development department. Together with my team, I was responsible for creating the framework for the development of all our talents – from our apprentices and dual students to interns and trainees and even potential successors for key positions on a global level. We brought our talent processes to life, from recruitment and development to the optimal placement of talents.

After completing my service in the Bundeswehr, I joined the HARTMANN GROUP. As an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist, I was responsible for overseeing various company departments, particularly in the areas of Sales and Marketing for HARTMANN Germany (PHD).In this role, I was able to acquire comprehensive knowledge and skills essential for a career in human resources. This included everything from the so-called “soft” topics like coaching and facilitation to the “hard” topics like labor law. Overall, it was the best possible start to my HR career! I learned everything from very 'soft' skills like coaching or moderation to the 'hard' skills like applying labour law or managing employee relations.Overall the best-possible start into my HR career!
