As an organizational meteorologist, I bring the principles of meteorology into the corporate world. With over 25 years of experience in people management, I inspire leaders to understand and respond to the metaphorical weather conditions within their organization. My expertise lies in identifying and strategically managing currents, fronts, and turbulence to ensure the long-term success of your company.After an exciting career as a supply officer in the Air Force, I took the leap into the private sector in 2010 and joined the HARTMANN GROUP. There, I learned Human Resources Management from the ground up. Starting as an HR Business Partner/Personnel Officer provided the best possible foundation.In early 2014, I decided to move into the field of People Development. The international environment and strategic work in Leadership Development and Talent Management pushed me out of my comfort zone and perfectly complemented my HR portfolio.As a Talent Manager, I worked to elevate talent management at the HARTMANN GROUP to the next level. Together with my team, I developed talent projects and processes that helped the HARTMANN GROUP advance health.I am proud to have contributed to this effort!After founding my first company, DQ (Development Quests, an innovative approach to talent development) in 2018, I was able to bring all my expertise to the successor organization, Talenthelden GmbH, as managing partner.Today, I have the opportunity to combine my two great passions, people and weather, as an organizational meteorologist.My core competencies: Transformation, Change Management, Personal Development, Business Coaching, and Meteorology.
