Helped create the initial formulations of a Japanese Onigiri line. Set up initial operations and brought it to market in the Denver, CO area.

Led the sales efforts of emerging food and beverage brands to get a foothold in retail. Closed a seven-figure deal for one of our brands into the second largest grocer in the country. Started a business line that served pre-revenue or startups with less than $500K in revenue. I helped to launch one brand nationally, assisted the product development of a new beverage up to the trial run, and helped a specialty product company to diversify their sales channels.

Launched a successful Kickstarter, had press in the Washington Post, Washingtonian, Bon Apetit, built a 10,000 sq. ft. brewing facility, and were the first to bring nitro cold brew cans to the East Coast.

Managed a small team to successfully generate new sales in an area that had more than double the population of any other geographic area that Relay Foods operated in.
