•Oversee Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) U.S. Digital Investments of over $4 billion across all operating companies (Carat, 360i, Vizeum, iProspect, Merkle, DentsuX, Amnet, Gravity, etc.) oDrove 14% digital growth YoY while saving the network $50MM through partner negotiations•Establish yearly US investment deal frameworks with our top 30 partners across DAN that yield preferred rates and incentives to drive efficiencies back to all client teams oGoogle, Facebook, Oath, Amazon, Twitter, Snap, Conde Nast, Meredith, etc. •Lead all U.S. digital pricing submissions for every new business and current client retention pitch (Global & U.S.) oLVMH, ABInBev, Jaguar Land Rover, Jack in the Box, Subway, Intuit, Microsoft, Air New Zealand•Developed first investment dashboard to deliver real-time spend analysis/trends with visualization across all DAN agencies•Support key DAN partners with integration into our people-based marketing platform (M1) and educating the network on their offerings •Implement cross-agency monthly digital forecasting to gain line-of-sight into client team spending to inform negotiations and key decision making at the DAN level•Craft digital investment strategies for 25 client teams across DAN including but not limited to (Microsoft, Proctor & Gamble, The Home Depot, Subway, GM, Disney, Anheuser-Busch InBev, Fox, and Mastercard)•Regularly issue first look and beta opportunities from our key partners across the entire network•Present monthly investment reports to executive leadership within Amplifi and DAN•Supervise and mentor two direct reports
