Geigers Home and Garden, a 60 year old regional landscape design/ build and maintenace operation providing quality property care services to homeowners and commercial properties in Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.. Employed as Senior Landscape Designer and Creative Director for the Design Studio, Westport CT office, responsibilities included providing landscape design and overseeing build and installation services for discriminating residential home owners in primarily Greenwich, Darien, Camden, Westport, and Fairfield communities. Exceptional effort was made to deliver a high level of quality customer service throughout the client /customer relationship. Work included conceptual site planning, schematic landscape and design development; story board and project illustration; estimating material and labor take offs, costs; sourcing materials and special services; preparation of presentation narrative and graphics; proposal writing and project presentations; weekly project management updates.Field work comprised of overseeing permitting process; communicating with construction management, suppliers and subcontractors; plant tagging and acquisition; introducing construction crew(s) to proposed landscape installation;conducting daily construction site inspections; issuing change orders; maintaining high quality client correspondence and customer service through duration of client/company relationship. Sales included pursuing new project prospects when assigned by marketing and generating continuing work orders from existing clients. The winter season brought design and installation of holiday decorations.

Employed as an independent design consultant and illustrator working as part of a creative team tasked with conceptualizing, visualizing and presenting innovative environments offering immersive experiences attracting consumer attention, interactive participation and continuing repeat visits. Projects included new commercial town centers, urban revitalization plans, leisure resorts, entertainment centers, theme parks, spa retreats, and museum displays located in North and Central Americas, Europe and Asia. Clients included RTKL, HOK, HHCP, Lighthouse Creative; Laguarda Low Architects, Arrowstreet Planners & Architects, Lori Rapport, Canin Associates and others. Projects were located at Disney World FL; Universal Studios Orlando FL; Rio Mar Beach Resort and Spa, Puerto Rico; Casa de Campo, Dominican Republic; Atlantis Paradise Island Bahamas, National Museum of Industrial History, Bethlehem PA and others.

DDG - an international planning and architectural design company renowned for its ability to deliver creative land use and project feasibility solutions for commercial town or leisure centers, mixed use and residential development types in the United States, Middle East and Asia.Employed as an in-house resource made available to planners, architects and interior designers for assisting project teams to choreograph guest experiences via themed environmental design of project open and common spaces, gateway entrances, streetscapes, pedestrian walkways, entertainment plazas, food courts, specialty gardens and site landscaping. Products produced were freehand character sketches, story image boards, schematic landscape design packages and three dimensional models.Projects included environmental planning and design presentation graphics including illustrations for new town commercial centers at Xi Cheng, Shenzen China; Centerra Town Center, Loveland CO; and Station Park, Farmington UT in addition to assisting with interior theming of several Muvico theaters.

GLDI - "​...an award winning landscape architectural practice founded in 1992 with a simple mission: to craft magnificent outdoor spaces for highly discriminating clients."​ Employed as Senior Project Landscape Designer preparing conceptual through schematic landscape design packages while managing a talented 2-3 person team that digitally produced the presentation packages for a small handful of privately owned single family historic residences undergoing extensive renovations (by others) and required outdoor environments to accommodate a modern family lifestyle. Services included client presentations, site planning, landscape design, proposal writing bidding and overseeing the installation of feature hard and soft scape elements including outdoor furnishings and container plantings. High qualitycorrespondence and service with client and landscape, building and interior contractors were maintained. I also conceived and lead the production and presentation of "A Strategic Master Vision and Development Plan for The Breakers, Palm Beach FL."​ The study was presented as a story narrative contrasting the property's existing disjointed and weathered spaces with a repurposed environmental master plan that fit the historic resort setting with a signature five star brand experience. (The study lead to a continuing client relationship for GLDI plus redesign and implementation of two significant outdoor spaces at the resort.)

FITCH Inc - London based international multidisciplinary design consultancy delivering "Bold thinking Seamless Experience - where every real-world solution brings a set of distinct and remarkable Experience Signatures to the fore."​A member of the initial team-of-four tasked with opening FITCH's Entertainment Division, Orlando FL I provided Imagineering services while taking a proactive role to provide creative leadership and teamwork. My primary duties were to promote and develop creative thinking while providing overall vision and direction of the studio's place making projects.Project clients and locations included COSI, FAO Schwarz Los Angeles, GENSLER Los Angeles, St Joe's ARVIDA various projects,, EPCOT at Disney World, EDSA Orlando.

HOK Studio E - the original entertainment division of HOK servicing entertainment markets of 1990- early 2000's. Assisted a team of exceptionally talented and young designers in the conceptual development and visualization of a diverse assortment of leisure entertainment facilities, theme parks and historical attractions in Western Europe, Dubai and India. Projects included concept development and rollout of Europe's then leading trend setting integrated leisure center Heron Center (www.heroncity.com) and others.

RTKL - a worldwide architecture, engineering, planning and creative services organization having design offices from Baltimore to Hong Kong, Dallas to Dubai, Los Angeles to London.I assisted office design teams in the United States, China, Japan, and Great Britain to visualize a variety of project presentations with imaginative place making, freehand storyboards and illustrations. Projects included new town developments, commercial centers, hospitality resorts, leisure entertainment centers, mixed use developments, corporate office parks, green spaces, government embassy gardens among many other project types.
