As a leader, I am driven by empowering and supporting people to be their best. Nothing gives me greater satisfaction than watching how the support that I give others helps them grow and develop and the positive impact that this can have on their lives. This outlook comes from being a true people person who genuinely cares about others, and luckily is something that comes very naturally to me. It’s then easy to understand why I have thrived working in multi-disciplinary teams as I really enjoy finding that successful balance between all of the competing goals to deliver a great overall solution / outcome. Throughout my career I have prided myself in going the extra mile and thinking outside the box to deliver valuable, sustainable and meaningful outcomes that develop the social and physical environment that we live in. Integral to my success is being grounded and understanding a projects intent, scope and budget and delivering pragmatic design solutions which add value for the community. I am always looking for new ways to deliver better outcomes for our community and want to be sure that I make a positive difference.
