Represented businesses and individuals in state and federal courts, administrative bodies, and in arbitration and mediation, concentrating in the litigation of commercial and consumer claims involving employment, contract, premises liability, personal injury and landlord-tenant law. Primary area of concentration and oversight was within employment law, and personal injury litigation including insurance defense and the prosecution of personal injury claims. Taught lecture, internet, and telecourse classes in philosophy and general humanities including: Introduction to Philosophy, Religious Philosophy of the World, and General Humanities I & II.

Taught online courses to undergraduate students in the Paralegal Studies program. Cours(es) taught include:o Civil Litigation I: Introduction to the topics of parties to a civil suit, jurisdiction, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, informal and formal discovery, legal documents such as the complaint, answer, and motions, and the jury selection process.

Facilitated online 1000 and 2000 level philosophy courses, including: Introduction to Logic and Introduction to Aesthetics.

Represented state in prosecution of criminal matters at preliminary announcement and hearing stages, served as second chair during jury trials, and provided litigation support to Assistant District Attorneys.

Provided legal representation to domestic violence victims. Performed initial interviews, client counseling, document drafting, and supervised appearances in contested and uncontested order of protection hearings.

Assisted in various stages of trial preparation, including client and witness interviews, informal investigations, research, and drafting of motions and memorandum. Observed all phases of pre-trial and trial procedure in wide array of cases ranging from misdemeanors to capital murder.
