I am a Non-Executive, Audit Committee Member, Director and CFO & CRO with over a decade of board-level experience and more than 25 years experience in global banking, global commodities, heavy industry, mining & trading industries. In an executive capacity, I was Global CFO & CRO, Director & GM of Australian operations for Rhodium Resources Group. Earlier, I was a Managing Partner and had multiple Executive Interim Management (EIM) roles in Wyerplan Capital Advisory, where I led treasury team, trade finance, trade credit insurance, balance sheet management, treasury reporting, Board reporting, forecasting models, pricing, quarterly compliance for banks, budgeting, recruitment, performance management, KPIs setting, redesigned SOPs, establishment and growth of local business, bank relationships, increasing trade finance lines, credit insurance relationships, FX hedging, SOPs, business development, supply chain partnerships, explored investment opportunities, led Funding & Treasury for Bigstone Capital;At board level, what I do is drive financial rigour and profits. I do that by leveraging more than 25 years of experience in global banking, including resources and commodities financing, and have held senior executive roles in finance and operations. I connect companies with potential financial partners at all levels of the capital stack in all key jurisdictions, such as Australia, Asia, Middle East, Europe and USA. I am currently a Board Member of Quantum Graphite Ltd., an advisor to the MD of Oscar Resources and an Advisory Board Member for an AI / Machine Learning Start-up Co. that provides large manufacturing and processing companies with deep data analysis to assess cashflow risks and opportunities, identify the revenue at risk, and assess the working capital cost of resilience. I led the Board’s urgent pursuit of a recapitalisation and restructuring for Pluton Resources, created fiscal discipline and fiscal credibility to stakeholders, stabilised the relationship with creditors and banks, designed and prepared the Executive Dashboard for the new Board of Directors;At executive and board level I provide governance, compliance, budgeting & planning capabilities, excelling in banking relationships, cashflow management and risk assessment and pricing, and believe in using technology and data analytics to drive value within cashflow and liquidity. Finally, I have a Bachelor of Commerce, a Masters of Applied Finance. Also, I am a Chartered Accountant and a Capital Markets Services Licensee.
