This resulted in successful contract execution for a two-year, three-phased program for progressive delivery of Xevo’s market apps and personalization engine as a top-tier application on their flagship electric vehicle.• Joined in-flight program with Ford Motor Company, filling leadership gap. Codified product requirements, negotiated terms for design and delivery process across internal and external stakeholders, and delivered a course-corrected, 18-month program timeline for five million vehicles across two generations of head unit run times.• Personnel manager for team of four, mid-level Product and Program Managers.
