I began my career as an eLearning Developer before advancing to the role of Multimedia Specialist. In this capacity, I utilized Adobe Captivate and Articulate to develop eLearning courses for the healthcare system and manage various multimedia projects. I also obtained my certification in Storyline, enabling me to design instructional courses that incorporate microlearning techniques and a variety of multimedia elements for the entire healthcare system. Additionally, I earned my Yellow Belt certification, further enhancing my skill set in process improvement and efficiency.
