I worked in both research and manufacture departments. I participated in different stages of several programs including pre-clinical stage and clinical trial I/II/III. These experiences made me familiar with the whole process of new drug development. During these years, the work experience made me done well on team player, engaging and motivating to learn and improve. Data analysis gave me skills of modeling, inference and market prospect. In 2017, I entered business department. Competitor analysis, market prospect and 4P model are my core work. Finished a competitors analysis report of 114 on going similar products within one week. Completed globe BSAb cooperation styles date collection and analyzed developing trend in ten days. There is a harmonious corporation with my manager and workmates which is benefit from my communication and teamwork skills. This autumn, I joint in the part-time MBA program in Tongji university to systematic learn business and management knowledge.
