 In previous 2 years mainly focus on software R&D, especially multimedia technology, including audio/video DSP and speech technology; android mobility technology; corporate IT and advanced management position as well. Especially helped Dolby set up Beijing R&D center to hire outstanding candidates both of engineering and research team in audio digital signal processing and speech technology (speech recognition and speech synthesis). Approached over 1,000 candidates during 2010-2012, shortlisted nearly 60-80 outstanding PhD candidates, finally 5-7 top talent had been identified, 2 research candidates accepted offer and joined Dolby; much more engineering candidates were shortlisted including Engineering Director, P2-P5 level DSP engineers, testers, system engineers and FAEs; 15-20 offers were extended.
