Michael Yarbro is Corporate Counsel and Director of Arbitrations for the Producers Guild of America. Michael is responsible for the day-to-day corporate governance and contracts for the Producers Guild, as well as overseeing the arbitration process for the Producers Mark and awards eligibility. Previously, Michael was an associate in David Bass & Associates and Gerard Fox Law’s litigation departments, where he dealt with all stages of litigation in a wide variety of cases involving real estate, corporate governance, entertainment/First Amendment claims, professional sports, trust management, and Federal RICO actions. Michael began his legal career in the New York metropolitan area working for Bank of Smithtown, representing the bank in commercial lending, banking, leasing, and real estate transactions. Michael volunteers as pro bono counsel and sits on the advisory board of Formidable Joy, an NGO focused on providing access to clean water in Malawi, Africa.
