As the co-founder of The Cody Anne Team I still oversee all marketing and development. The CODY ANNE Team is one of RENA's top producing teams. We have successfully represented clients on either side of REO properties, short sales, notice of trustee's sales and residential resale. I attribute much of our success to the fact that we are young, honest and ethical as well as technologically savvy.

Art and Photography company

* I was responsible for all in home sales as well as managing five crews. Myresponsibilities included estimating jobs, scheduling, staffing, training, productpromotion, client relations, site inspection and follow up. I also oversaw the job sitesas a consultant on CDC safety standards and protocols.

* My position included trapping small mammals, animal husbandry, and processingindividual animals. All of the data gathered is used by universities and governmentagencies for disease and environmental research. Responsibilities also included followingsafety protocols, recording data, maintaining gear, and set up and breakdown of our fieldlabs.

* I was involved in the development and opening of 5 establishments. I was responsiblefor building business through promotional sales, staffing, training, inventory, andcreating repeat business.
