Systems Support Officer
Current- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support services including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, applications and hardware, mobile operating systems, telephony, printing, networking and audio/visual systems.
- Provide customer focused support to end users using initiative and judgement to investigate and solve operational problems as they occur and escalate all unresolved issues promptly.
- Liaise with the City’s external suppliers on technical matters to solve both hardware and application problems as required.
- Prepare and maintain documentation.
- Assist with the implementation of new ICT infrastructure and applications.
