Organising the design team and collection around a 4 season yearly calendar, I have implemented new critical paths to suit the company and creative director.Bringing my technical knowledge to the team to produce a coherent collection that has been well range planned, priced effectively and to the best quality standard.Working across product ranges including tailoring, denim, jersey, and footwear with varied EU and far east suppliers on a CMT and FF basis. Sourcing specialist suppliers for laces, beadings, prints, rainwear, hardware. Management of all freelancers working with the design team, techs, pattern cutters, seamstresses, print designers and support staff. I provide a bridge between the creative, sales and production teams to ensure transparency and efficiency. Working in a vibrant team on very creative developments with special projects with well regarded artist including Kaws and Mr as well as clothing brands Amrose Paris.

Under the creative direction of Jean Pierre Braganza:Planning and scheduling is essential, all garments are produced efficiently and completed in line with the critical path. Co-ordinating all aspect of the production processes, and liaising with manufacturers/contractors on a regular basis to ensure production deadlines are met.- Monitoring the production processes, update production tracking schedule with all production deadline and update.- Ensure products are delivered on time, with the correct quality, cost and fit standard are met.- Placing purchase order to manufacturers according to dispatch months, as well as customer requests “Goldseal”.- Placing salesman samples (SMS) and dispatch to sale teams/agents before sell period commence or start.- Negotiate and resource manufacturers and suppliers to improve production costs effective and quality are met to standard.- Liaise with Warehouse and Accounts teams to ensure goods ready to be dispatched from overseas manufacturer. Submit all documentations are required for shipment preparation.- Understanding and ensure all customers compliance is met, before products dispatch from manufacturer.- Understand and execute the design brief as outlined in the Tech-pack, fit measurement, fit comments to ensure each garment is record and produce to standard.- Working hand in hand with design and pattern cutting during design and development process. Take full control of the collection from design hand over until manufacturer finishes goods and deliver.- Liaising with design department for new fabrics and trims research.- Implement and maintain company’s goals, policies & procedures.- Ensure production and QA records are completed and recorded.- Improve and develop filing system (soft and hard copies) easy and clear access to understand.- Instructs and shows Return Processor staff quality inspections ,the standard of quality being manufactured.
