Started my new role as a Business Development Executive in top notch investment education firm in Malaysia. I am glad to assist customer and potential customer to have a better understanding in stocks investment, as well as, provide the better solution for them to move forward in their investment path.During the Covid-19 pandemic, I successfully maintain about 93% of customers and revenue, with a slight progress of 2 ~ 4% monthly growth, even under different phase of lockdown. However, it also makes me look deeply, to think that I shall step out of my 'comfort zone'. I decided to take a step for a career change and seek for an opportunity to join an professional organisation where I can contribute my skills and further my career. More than nine years in managing business and teaching equipped me with great communication and interpersonal skills in building relationship with all stakeholders. I am also experienced in business development process, especially start-up environment, being a good team player or a self-starter.
