Demonstrated to, and supervised, trainee instructors looking to deliver classes in an encouraging manner; whilst identifying students' incorrect techniques and creating innovative methods to rectify them.

Supervised the organisation and operation of swimming lessons and safe practices between a team of instructors and their students; whilst assessing classes and conveying relevant information to parents. When necessary, ensured instructors and parents complied with privacy policies and procedures; and defused non-compliant customer behaviour. Attended to first-aid incidents, co-ordinated emergency pool exits and procedures, and completed reports associated with the managerial role.

Dealt 'Baccarat' and 'Mississippi Stud' to patrons in a simulated VIP casino environment. Recited game tableau to mentally calculate and pay-out patrons' returns whilst demonstrating superior customer service and following security SOPs (i.e. cash/chip changes, float fills).
