Started from nothing, it was about creating and designing the entire robot body, including all the mechanical part. The design needed to be made according to both specific production methods and specific material. A bill of material, and also a market analysis had been performed to assess the potential function the robot will be equipped with. A full design have been proposed, with the CAD software SolidWorks (2009).

In the Exhaust Pipe Excellence Center, I was assiged to improve the communication between the different entities which compose the Center. In line with Lean Manufacturing methods, I was asked to gather data about the manufacturing process of exhaust pipe, and then to create posters to inform visitors or technicians about all the process from a simple titanium sheet to a final exhaust pipe. For information, the exhaust pipes were for the A380 plane. This experience was a first contact with a major industry of high technology.
