The system is developed in C# and VB.Net on the .Net 4.6 framework, VB6, and SQL Server 2016. Our projects are run using Agile methodologies.• Manage a team of developers to ensure they have the resources and knowledge to complete projects.• Involved in hiring process by reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates.• Improved onboarding processes of new developer hires.• Design, develop, debug and test WPF desktop traffic management software tools. • Make improvements to 2 web sites for our clients and carriers.• Designed a web site for our sales team to manage prospects and clients.• Develop reporting solutions for client annual reviews.• Integration of multiple 3rd party web service freight management tools. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:I was responsible for research and development with the Arlex Pension and HR management software system.The system was developed in C# on the .Net 3.5 framework and SQL Server 2008.• Researched and designed J-Query plug-ins for multi-language webpage support.• Researched 3rd party tools for a document management and reporting solution.• Developed, debugged, and tested the web pension and HR system.• Trained and mentored 2 interns in software syntax and T-SQL scripting.• Created SQL CLR scripts to consume external web service.• Developed reports in C# using Active Reports 6.0.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:I was responsible for working on the Hanover Policy Management Insurance Systems. The system was developed in VB.Net on the .Net 3.5 framework and SQL Server 2005.• Lead a team of 4 developers and 2 testers to upgrade software from PHP to .NET and a Postgres database to a SQL server database. The systems ran in parallel until the software upgrade was completed.• Designed, debugged, and tested the new web insurance policy system.• Designed a rating engine for policy premium calculations.• Designed a relational SQL database stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers.• Designed reports using SQL Server 2005 Reporting Services.• Worked closely with business team on software and reporting requirements.• Technical support for new and legacy software applications. Worked directly with the end users to resolve software bugs and training issues.• Planned deployment procedures: code freeze, branching of source code, beta and user acceptance testing, and publishing of web site and database updates.• Onboarded 2 offshore resources to help manage post rollout software issues.

I was responsible for GIS and Remote Sensing concepts and processes in a geological research website. This site was used by scientists at JPL and CalTech for their research projects.• Design and implementation of all backend automation processes of the project.• Wrote ERMapper, perl, and Unix scripts. These scripts were used in the automation of image rectification, image enhancements, GIS queries, and conversions of image data formates.
