As Senior Director of the Palm Beach County Sports Commission, I led a team of marketing and development professionals, consistently exceeding performance benchmarks and driving strategic goals. I oversaw integrated marketing and communications efforts, including branding, advertising, digital campaigns, sponsorship management, and partner development.I spearheaded the adoption of data-driven decision-making processes, leveraging tools such as Hubspot, Critical Mention, and Simpleview to analyze and optimize efforts, and ROI. This led to a 21% increase in total sales (hotel room nights) over five years. My focus on KPI monitoring and reporting, including impressions, engagement, and earned media, ensures that marketing initiatives are consistently refined for maximum impact.I cultivated strong relationships with key stakeholders, aligning messaging across all channels to boost performance. As a result, we saw a 66% annual increase in total impressions and a 122% growth in social media engagement between 2019 and 2023.Additionally, I formulated strategies for major events, including Super Bowl LIV, collaborating with the Super Bowl Host Committee on Palm Beach County’s Super Bowl Experiences. Through a comprehensive national media campaign and 12 official community celebration events, we generated over $25 million in new visitor spending within Palm Beach County during the Super Bowl, capped off by a concert featuring Smash Mouth.

As Vice President of Marketing and Development for Major League Lacrosse, I led sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth through sponsorship, ticket sales, and merchandise. I was responsible for developing and executing strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives to enhance brand visibility and maximize revenue.In this role, I revitalized struggling ticket and sponsorship sales, achieving substantial growth through integrated sales and marketing strategies. Ticket sales increased by 38% in 2015 and 35% in 2016, while sponsorship revenue soared by 450% in 2015 and 125% in 2016. My leadership also contributed to a 67% increase in merchandise sales in 2016 and an 18% year-over-year increase in 2017 through optimized online and retail efforts.I spearheaded Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives, optimizing data analytics and marketing strategies to enhance sales performance. In addition, I oversaw public relations, social media, and digital content management, amplifying brand engagement and driving revenue growth.Furthermore, I launched a statewide lacrosse coaches convention in partnership with the sport’s national governing body, strengthening industry presence and brand loyalty. As the founder and owner of The Palm Beach Challenge, I successfully transformed an idea into a thriving, large-scale event business that remains a staple in Palm Beach County to this day. By attracting 60 to 80 college teams annually, the event consistently generated a seven-figure economic impact for the local economy.As a business owner, I led every aspect of the business, from sales and marketing to event operations. I spearheaded sales strategies, negotiated venue agreements, secured sponsorships, and managed event apparel development, driving consistent growth and profitability.Operationally, I managed budgets, P&L, staffing, and schedules, ensuring seamless execution and delivering high-quality experiences for teams and attendees alike.
