World Data Center "Geoinformatics and Sustainable Development" specializes in geoinformatics, particularly in physics of solid earth, solar physics, oceanography, global modelling of sustainable development processes, and assessment of the impact of global threats on the security and quality of life. The basic tasks of WDC-Ukraine include the collection, handling, and storage of scientific data, and making this data available for use in scientific research, as well as in study processes, which includes contemporary tutoring technologies, resources of e-libraries and archives, and remote access to own information resources for a wide circle of scientists from universities and science institutions of Ukraine.All publications of M. Organisation of research in the following areas:•Multi-purpose investigation of the methods of nonlinear and multivalued analysis (analysis of distributions of state functions, their long-time forecasts, pullback attractors); •Investigations of classes of mathematical models of piesoelectric, climate models with nonlinear, discontinuous and multivalued interaction functions in the form of mathematically graunded results and high-precision algorithms for searching solutions, as well as in the form of particular software products; •Long-time forecastings for state functions of nonlinearized geophysical processes and fields, problems of viscoelastisity theory, hydrodynamisc, heat-and-mass transfer, piesoelectric, nonlinear contact problems, mathematical models of biology and medicine;•Qualitative analysis of forecasting and stability problems of technology processes

Minister of the Ministry of Education: working out of legislative base of education system of Ukraine, the general management of education on the state level;Rector of Kiev polytechnical institute (KPI): transformation of KPI to model of research university, realisation of a policy of the university management;Director of Institute for Applied System Analysis: the organisation of systematic researches of the different nature interconnected processes in the sphere of Earth Sciences and Social Sphere, research of sustainable development processes in global and regional context.
